Join the 62nd Suwon Hwaseong Festival workshop and become part of The Great Citizen Architecture “Paldal.”
Together with world-renowned artist Olivier Grossetête, we will build a paper replica of Suwon Hwaseong’s Paldalmun Gate at Haenggung Square!
☑ Application Period: July 1 (Tue) – August 29 (Fri), 2025 ☑ Eligibility: Open to anyone interested in the festival (Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian) ☑ How to Apply: Submit via Google Form → Apply Here ☑ Notification: Participants will be informed on September 3 (Wed), 2025 ☑ Venue: Haenggung Square, Suwon Hwaseong
☑ Activities:
✔ Workshops – Paper module making & training Sept. 19 (Fri) – Sept. 29 (Mon) Morning (09:30–12:30) / Afternoon (14:00–17:00) (You may attend multiple sessions without limit)
✔ Construction – Assembling paper modules into the structure Sept. 30 (Tue) – Oct. 1 (Wed)
