🔥 Join the 62nd Suwon Hwaseong Festival as a Global Tourism Mate – “Glingy”! 🔥
We are looking for volunteers called “Glingy” who will communicate with international visitors and connect cultures during the festival.
“Glingy” stands for Global Link Interpreter – a global volunteer group that helps foreign visitors enjoy the Suwon Hwaseong Festival. From language interpretation and event guidance to cultural explanation and audience engagement, Glingies play an important role in making the festival more welcoming and interactive.
📌 Overview
Eligibility: Domestic and international applicants aged 19 or older (born before Oct. 1, 2006) who are interested in the festival and interpretation volunteering
Number of Volunteers: Open (to be determined)
Languages: English / Other languages also welcome (no restriction)
Activities: Interpretation for foreign visitors, event guidance, cultural explanation, audience engagement, etc.

🔳 Training Period Every Thursday from Sept. 4 to Sept. 25, 19:00
🔳 Activity Period Sept. 27 (Sat) – Oct. 4 (Sat), 8 days
